SeunCares Therapy Center, Inc. was founded in 2022 by Oluwaseun Obaro. Oluwaseun ("Seun") Obaro is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who provides mental health therapy to diverse individuals in Maryland and Washington D.C. Oluwaseun is also a board approved supervisor in the state of Maryland for counselors-in-training.

She received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University and her bachelor's degree from Loyola University Maryland. She has experience working in a variety of settings including residential programs, intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient program, and in community mental health settings.

Oluwaseun is trained in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns, depression, anxiety/stress, and trauma in adolescents and adults. Additionally, Oluwaseun has completed trainings in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating disorder. She also practices from a social-justice and Health at Every Size (HAES) lens.
